1 Put the almond butter, coconut oil and agave syrup in a large bowl and stir to combine using a wooden spoon. Stir in the protein powder, flaxseed and oats until well-combined. Add as much of the apple juice as you need to make a dough.
2 Divide the mixture into 12 and roll into balls. Put the almonds in a shallow bowl and add the balls two at a time, then roll them in the ground almonds until coated. Put into the fridge to chill for 3 hours, or until they have firmed up, before serving.
